Very comfortable. Excellent facilities and very good location. Staff very helpfull.

Hotel staff very polite and check-in was easy. Room was good, clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Restaurant was very good and the beer garden, great. Local transportation easy to get.

it is not pleasant but we have to stay as there is not many hotels in this area.

The location is convenient. Staff is helpful but speaks very little english.

Almost everything The weather is hot and the aircon is spotty. The pool is not clean until we told them to, it is over chlorinated and we have children swimming in it. the place is old. the breakfast is not good. There are cockroaches. No extra towels for the pool was asked to use towels from the room. Perhaps in its hayday it was a nice hotel but not now.

Wonderful

Old hotel but well maintained.Very central location.Extremely helpful staff.

Old-fashioned keys.Could be computerised.Had a room with noisy neighbours but the hotel quickly changed to a quieter room

we did not get the room we booked, and we was not informed. They just lead us to a room that was ranged as exclusive!?? The exclusivity was 100% missing.The hotel is over ranged and need to be taken care of.

Good city centre hotel

Great location. Close to bars, restaurants and bus station but quiet room (9th floor). Room was large with a powerful shower and comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

No hair dryer or safety box in room. Pool was large and clean but did back onto rear of kitchens.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. The Coffee Bar in front of the Lobby is very nice. The Breakfast is good, it's Thai breakfast. If you need help, the people very helpful

Ok, the hotel it's old , I mean furniture and towel 's .But they try to be good., Please change some towels..... Not international breakfast.

Very pleasant hotel -- reasonably priced -- I am booking my third stay tonight

the staff are very friendly, they speak good English, breakfast coffee is very good. Excellent location in town and excellent parking right outside hotel

The breakfast for the english pallet is very basic, naturally its slanted to Thai food

Location is at the center of Surin.

Location is at the center of Surin. Near 7-11, Restaurant, Beer Garden.

Staff can not give you any recommendation about transportation. I guess because not much tourist here. Also I went to get massage which is promoted in room service. Firstly I want foot massage. But I hear that the staff doesnt want to do foot massage for me. Since I know they didnt want to do that, I changed type of massaga.

Overall decent hotel, clean with reasonable food not a lot to see or do in this location

TV stations terrible. Overall staff friendly. Onsite desktop provided did not work when ask about same staff replied "I don't know" Question: Is there someone who does know again answer "I don't know" Very much seems like staff run the hotel no overall manager.

Breakfast: Thai food good and was was warm, for those having english/american style breakfast eggs/plastic sausage etc all stone cold .... as always no concept of warm food , although tea/coffee & toast was ok. Thai style beer garden belonging to hotel out front draught beers & thai food only but overall good & again staff pleasant

more like an endurance test than a hotel stay where i was paying top money

really nothing ,the staff were nice and helpful but that is the only plus to this establishment

the hotel is sandwiched between a number of discos so do not expect any sleep .I changed rooms 4 time and and ended up in the most expensive room in the hotel.the bed was as hard as the floor ,the rooms were tired and shabby.The breakfast for a four star hotels was a disgrace.the pool is very small.overall i was glad to leave and i will never stay there again.

Nothing stands out

Nothing stands out Oh I just remembered one thing 2 large very soft pillow each , good !

The hotel is now very dated . It needs a full refurb to bring it up to an acceptable standard for a hotel of this size and price expectation . It must have been grand in its time but Now is tatty, from the hotel name sign falling off to the awful bedroom furniture, fittings and decoration. The breakfast was very limited and poor quality . I suspect little will be done though all the while they can continue to fill the rooms with Defence staff contracts andChinese group tours .
